Can we consult with you even if our requirements are not yet defined?
Absolutely. In fact, we welcome inquiries from teams that have a challenge but are unsure where to start. We begin by hearing your business issues and organizing your workflows, then move forward together.
What is a typical development cost and timeline?
A small MVP or PoC typically starts from several million yen and 1–2 months; a full-scale business system is typically tens of millions of yen and 3–6 months. Depending on the requirements, we combine lab-type (dedicated team), quasi-mandate, and fixed-price contracts to optimize the engagement.
How does communication work during development?
A dedicated contact person is assigned, and we stay closely aligned through chat and online meetings. The same team handles everything from requirements definition through design, development, and quality assurance, and we share progress frequently. You can move forward with confidence, with full visibility into the status.
Can we request only modifications to an existing system, or a handover of operations?
Yes. We also take on improvements that continue from your current setup, including code reviews of existing source, visualization of technical debt, handover of maintenance and operations, refactoring, and feature additions.
Can you support a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)?
This is standard. If an NDA is required before a quote, we can provide our template or execute under yours. We can respond as quickly as the same day.
Do you support development that uses subsidies and grants?
Yes. You can also consult us on system development that uses SME subsidies such as the IT Introduction Subsidy and the Monozukuri Subsidy. We partner with you in line with requirements definition and the post-award development schedule.
